Role & responsibilities:
Functional aspects:
- Identify suitable suppliers for assorted materials for stores.
- Negotiate rates lower than current rates with identified suppliers.
- Identify and appoint contractors for each region to execute stores as per brand guidelines.
- Set up mechanism to monitor or ensure adequate control on delivered quality of execution of stores.
- Renovate identified stores as per brand guidelines.
- Ensure optimization of timelines to open new stores through effective co-ordination of equipment suppliers, contractors
and franchisees.
- Quotation / Estimating Architectural Elements.
- Implementation various display techniques.
- Expertise in Space Planning, Site Supervision, project coordination.
- Instrumental in Budgeting, Vendor finalization for respective contractor zone wise, to coordinate for releasing purchase
order and payment on time for respective departments
- Play vital role in upgrading the existing concept of store interiors and giving brand identity to all the stores
- Selection of vendors based on the samples, finishing, quality, delivery and price aspect.
- Placing the PO for various items involve in project. Follow up with Account for payment.
- Follow up with vendors for procurement, dispatch, delivery and installation of material on site.
- Coordinating with multiple sites running at same time.
- Periodic site visit for inspection and site progress.
Preferred candidate profile:
- The candidate must have hands-on experience in 3D design applications such as AutoCAD or equivalent design
- software.
- Strong communication, relationship building and management skills.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
