Role & responsibilities:

Functional aspects:

  • Identify suitable suppliers for assorted materials for stores.
  • Negotiate rates lower than current rates with identified suppliers.
  • Identify and appoint contractors for each region to execute stores as per brand guidelines.
  • Set up mechanism to monitor or ensure adequate control on delivered quality of execution of stores.
  • Renovate identified stores as per brand guidelines.
  • Ensure optimization of timelines to open new stores through effective co-ordination of equipment suppliers, contractors

and franchisees.

  • Quotation / Estimating Architectural Elements.
  • Implementation various display techniques.
  • Expertise in Space Planning, Site Supervision, project coordination.
  • Instrumental in Budgeting, Vendor finalization for respective contractor zone wise, to coordinate for releasing purchase

order and payment on time for respective departments

  • Play vital role in upgrading the existing concept of store interiors and giving brand identity to all the stores
  • Selection of vendors based on the samples, finishing, quality, delivery and price aspect.
  • Placing the PO for various items involve in project. Follow up with Account for payment.
  • Follow up with vendors for procurement, dispatch, delivery and installation of material on site.
  • Coordinating with multiple sites running at same time.
  • Periodic site visit for inspection and site progress.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • The candidate must have hands-on experience in 3D design applications such as AutoCAD or equivalent design
  • software.
