About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO who will provide executive support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of business priorities
- Assist in follow-ups, reminders, and task tracking to ensure timely completion of commitments
- Conduct research, prepare briefing materials, and summarize key information for decision-making
- Support in organizing corporate events, board meetings, and other business activities
- Manage emails, calls, and communications efficiently
- Handle personal tasks for the CEO when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- High level of communication style ( English, Hindi)
- Plus point for Proven experience (1–2years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
