Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Mechanical Engineer at B.G SHIRKE CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY PVT.LTD, located in Wadala. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and analyzing mechanical systems and components, with a focus on machine design and CAD. Day-to-day duties include overseeing projects, creating detailed technical designs and plans, leading research and development initiatives, and ensuring quality and efficiency. The role also requires effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met within deadlines and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mechanical Engineering fundamentals and principles
• Strong skills in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
• Proven-experience in Project Management, including overseeing timelines and budgets
• Familiarity with Research and Development (R&D) processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Experience in large-scale construction or relevant industry is beneficial
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
