Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver well-structured English lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
  • Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Create lesson plans, teaching materials, and activities that encourage student participation.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
  • Provide individualized support and feedback to help students achieve learning goals.
  • Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and communication in the classroom.
  • Maintain accurate student records and prepare progress reports.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
  • Uphold school policies, classroom management, and student discipline standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Master's preferred.
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
