Job Title: CNC Operator

Location: Nighoje-Pune
Experience: 1–3 years (preferred)
Job Type: Full-Time | Shift-based

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented "CNC Operator" to set up and operate CNC machines for precision manufacturing. The candidate should have experience in reading technical drawings, handling tools, and ensuring quality production as per specifications.

Key Responsibilities:**

* Set up and operate CNC machines (Turning / Milling / VMC etc.)
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and job instructions
* Load raw materials and tools into the machine
* Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
* Perform basic quality checks (using vernier, micrometer, gauges, etc.)
* Maintain machine cleanliness and report any malfunctions
* Follow safety protocols and ensure proper documentation

Key Skills Required:

* Knowledge of CNC machine operations
* Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments
* Familiarity with G-code and M-code (preferred)
* Attention to detail and quality orientation
* Basic troubleshooting skills
* Willingness to work in shifts

Qualification:

* ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Turner, or relevant trade
* 1–3 years of CNC operating experience (freshers may also apply for trainee roles)
