Role & responsibilities

GurZac Biz Solutions Private Limited is hiring for one of the Leading Company into Manufacturing & Supply of Non Destructive Testing Solution for a driven and technically skilled Project Engineer to lead and support the execution of projects related to automated non-destructive testing (NDT) solutions. This role involves managing end-to-end project activities from design to deployment in close collaboration with customers, internal engineering teams, and automation partners. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial automation, mechanical systems & project management.

  • Manage full lifecycle of NDT automation projects including planning, design review, system integration, and customer delivery.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, software, and application teams to develop integrated automated inspection systems.
  • Interpret customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications and engineering deliverables.
  • Supervise assembly, testing, and commissioning of systems at the factory and customer site.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and customer-specific quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement project control measures to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation including Gantt charts, test plans, FAT/SAT reports, and installation manuals.
  • Interface directly with the installation team, provide technical support during installation, and ensure smooth project handover.
  • Assist in procurement planning, and vendor management for automation components and hardware.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidates available for early joining would be preferred.
  • Candidates must have exposure to CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and project tracking software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Effective communicator with ability to engage both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with hands-on field work and travel for site installations.
