Customer Support Executive - Banking / BFSI Process (Fresher)

Location: Hyderabad

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated freshers to join our Banking Process team in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity to commence a career in the banking and financial services industry with a well-established organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to banking products and services through phone, email, or chat.
  • Furnish accurate information regarding account management, transactions, and banking procedures.

  • Attain performance targets encompassing call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
  • Stay updated on products, services, and promotions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.Com
  • Proficient in English communication (Tamil proficiency is advantageous)
  • Openness to work in rotational shifts
  • Fundamental computer knowledge and typing proficiency
  • Immediate joiners preferred
