Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with a passion for aesthetic facial surgery and hair restoration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in microsurgical skills, a keen eye for aesthetic balance, and experience or interest in FUE / FUT hair transplant procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Perform FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) and FUT (Follicular Unit Transplant) procedures with precision and attention to detail.

Conduct preoperative consultations and treatment planning for hair restoration patients.

Ensure safe anesthesia administration, donor area management, and postoperative care.

Manage and supervise clinical and technical staff during surgical procedures.

Maintain sterile technique and compliance with all safety and clinical protocols.

Collaborate with the medical director and dermatology/aesthetic team for integrated facial aesthetic care.

Stay updated with latest advancements in hair restoration, regenerative medicine (PRP, GFC, etc.), and facial aesthetics.

Participate in training sessions, workshops, and continuous professional development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from a recognized university.

Valid medical registration/license to practice.

Prior exposure to cosmetic or hair restoration surgery preferred (training can be provided).

Excellent hand–eye coordination, surgical precision, and aesthetic judgment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patient-centric ethics.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary aesthetic environment.
