We are seeking a hardworking and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Waiter/Steward. This dual role combines the responsibilities of providing excellent guest service as a waiter and supporting the kitchen operations as a steward.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service (Waiter):

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables in the dining area
  • Present menus, explain specials, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and input them into the point-of-sale system
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct orders and proper presentation
  • Check on guests frequently, refilling drinks and addressing any additional needs
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit card transactions, and issue bills/receipts
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area by clearing and resetting tables

Steward Duties:

  • Assist in the dish room by operating and maintaining dishwashing machines
  • Manually wash, scrub, and polish pots, pans, and other cookware as needed
  • Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen equipment
  • Transport clean dishes, glassware, and other items to designated areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in dish rooms, dish racks, and storage areas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹15,000.00 per month
