JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Lead formulation development for nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, and functional foods.
  • Conduct research on new ingredients, technologies, and product trends.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (FSSAI, FDA, or international standards).
  • Collaborate with QA/QC and production teams to scale up formulations from lab to commercial production.
  • Manage the R&D team, assign projects, and monitor performance.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and product dossiers.
  • Support marketing with product data, technical specifications, and claims substantiation.
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field & Minimum 5-8 years of experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or functional food R&D.
  • Strong knowledge of formulations, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
