Role Overview:

We are looking for a Tech Lead with at least 2 years of proven experience in product development and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP, Python, AI/ML, and Data Science along with a deep understanding of software engineering, coding best practices, and AI-driven product implementation. This role involves leading technical execution, managing a development team, and ensuring successful delivery of product features and demos.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle.

· Define technical standards, coding practices, and system architecture.

· Implement, upgrade, and maintain product features.

· Review code and ensure adherence to quality and security guidelines.

· Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues.

· Collaborate with the Product Lead on feasibility of features and timelines.

· Manage the technical team, assign tasks, and oversee execution.

· Mentor junior developers and provide technical training.

· Support product demonstrations alongside the Product Lead.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in software/product development.

· Strong proficiency in PHP, Python, and related frameworks.

· Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML technologies and Data Science.

· Experience with coding standards, system design, and scalable architectures.

· Proficiency with modern programming tools, version control, and CI/CD.

· Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

· Strong leadership and team management abilities.

· Good communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
