Bartender/Server

A bartender's job description includes mixing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the bar area. • Prepare and serve drinks: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes, and provide recommendations to customers.
• Provide customer service: Greet guests, take orders, build rapport, and handle customer inquiries or concerns.
• Handle payments: Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Manage inventory: Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and help with ordering to ensure popular items are available.
• Maintain the bar: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with garnishes, tools, and glassware.
• Enforce regulations: Check identification to verify age and monitor customer consumption to comply with local liquor laws.
