Venbridge Real Estate is a boutique advertising agency dedicated to crafting world-class campaigns for India's most prestigious developers, such as Kalpataru, Shapoorji Pallonji, Dosti Realty, Puravankara, TARC - Delhi, to name a few. We're looking for young, passionate Art Directors who have a knack for luxury and are ready to evolve in a very "unagency" advertising boutique, where creatives are nurtured and work-life balance is prioritised alongside world-class quality and craft.

Skillset: Hands on designing and creative skills, strong command over relevant software and skills, primarily Illustrator & Photoshop. If you've got real estate adv. experience and are good with AI, that's a bonus.

Non-negotiable Must-haves:

1. A work from home set up with a MAC and a well-equipped Internet connection

2. Advertising upbringing in advertising agencies

3. Work ethics that span from passion, honesty, hunger for great work and the honesty to deliver without taking the WFH set-up for granted.
