We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Microbiologist to lead microbiological research and quality assurance for our bio-fertilizer production. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in soil microbiology, microbial inoculants, and bio-formulation development. This role is central to ensuring the efficacy, quality, and regulatory compliance of microbial-based agricultural products.
- Experience with FCO regulations (India) or equivalent standards.
- Prior work with Rhizobium, Azotobacter, Azospirillum, Bacillus, Trichoderma, or mycorrhizae-based products.
- Exposure to large-scale microbial production and formulation technologies (e.g., talc-based, liquid, or granule forms).
- Handling Fermentor in Bio-Fertilizer Production.
