About the Role:
You will be responsible for reaching out and supporting customers in their car buying journey with Spinny. You will play a critical role in customer engagement and must understand customer requirements to recommend products according to their needs.
Ideal Candidate:
- An ideal candidate would be a hardworking and enterprising individual, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Interested candidates must have an ingenious, scientific approach to problems, backed by a strong outcome-oriented point of view. Interested candidates must have demonstrated experience in customer service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Building a relationship with the customer over call as the first point of contact from Spinny.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, making recommendations for products or services that may enhance their journey.
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Understanding and striving to exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service.
- Scheduling customer visits to retail hubs for the hub teams to take further.
Requirements:
1+ years relevant work experience in call center / BPO / tele-sales
Graduate degree
Fluent verbal communication skills: English and regional language
Demonstrated experience in customer service
