Key Responsibilities

1. Psychometric Assessment Development

• Contribute to the design, validation, and standardization of psychological tools.
• Support item analysis, domain mapping, and norm-setting for psychometric instruments.

2. Assessment Administration

• Conduct clinical interviews and administer tests for students, professionals, and other groups.
• Interpret results and prepare customized psychological reports.

3. Counselling & Psychotherapy (Online & Offline)

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions addressing anxiety, stress, mood, and relationship issues.
• Maintain ethical standards and proper case documentation.

4. Training & Capacity Building

• Design and deliver workshops for schools, corporates, and government bodies.
• Facilitate sessions on emotional regulation, resilience, focus, and well-being.

5. Academic Engagement

• Conduct lectures and training modules for Ollato's certification and fellowship programmes.
• Mentor psychology interns and promote ongoing learning.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Master's or M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (RCI registration preferred).
• Proven experience in psychometric testing, counselling, and training delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in both online and offline therapy/training.
• Empathetic, ethical, and passionate about mental health advocacy.
• Ability to collaborate in an innovation-driven environment.
