Role Description

We are seeking a
Sr. Account Strategist
to join our team full-time in
Mumbai
. This role is perfect for someone passionate about
social media, paid media, content strategy, and influencer management
. You'll work closely with clients to shape their digital presence, lead campaigns, and ensure execution that drives measurable results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing client relationships with a focus on
    social-first brand building
  • Developing
    content strategies
    and overseeing end-to-end
    content creation
    (static, video, reels, long-form)
  • Designing and optimizing
    paid media campaigns
    across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Leading
    influencer outreach and partnerships
    , from identifying the right creators to campaign execution and reporting
  • Overseeing content calendars, campaign timelines, and budget allocations
  • Conducting
    market research
    and analyzing performance data to refine strategies
  • Presenting insights, reports, and growth opportunities to clients
  • Collaborating with creative, media, and tech teams to deliver integrated campaigns

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in
    social media strategy, content creation, paid media, and influencer management
  • Proven track record in
    account management
    and client servicing
  • Strong
    analytical skills
    for data-driven campaign optimization
  • Excellent
    communication and presentation skills
  • Hands-on knowledge of
    digital platforms, ad managers, and influencer ecosystems
  • Basic understanding of AI tools
    (for content creation, research, and workflow optimization)
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, or a related field
    (preferred)
  • Experience in the
    advertising, digital marketing, or influencer industry
    is a strong plus
