Role & responsibilities

  • Preparing vouchers / Data entry of daily transactions and updating data in additional fields in system from relevant documents
  • Knowledge of Laws and compliances of Charitable Trusts
  • Day to day Banking transactions, Bank Reconciliation, Bank Compliances like KYC updation, Balance certificates, addition / deletion of signatories etc.
  • Tracking daily Bank/Liquid Balances and sending report
  • Follow ups with parties for documents, Proper Filing and Scanning of documents, attaching scan of relevant documents in system and managing records
  • To complete formalities of new investments and maturity or renewal before due date
  • Compiling details/documents for requirement of Statutory Compliances e.g. for Audit, Budget filing, Scrutiny, NIL TDS application etc.
  • Assisting seniors in MIS
  • Managing Couriers

Preferred candidate profile

  • Accounting experience in charitable trust, family office.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting
  • Thorough knowledge of routine Banking
  • Independent and effective communication
  • Expertise in managing records
