As a Telesales Executive, you'll be responsible for converting leads into paid membership customers over the phone. You will engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, explain membership benefits, overcome objections, and drive sales targets. Excellent customer experience is key.

Make outbound calls to leads assigned; follow up diligently.

1.Understand customer requirements (preferences, community, expectations etc.) and suggest the right membership/package.

2.Explain features, benefits, upgrades and renewals of plans/packages in detail.

3.Achieve / exceed monthly / weekly / daily sales targets.

4.Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, follow‑ups, via CRM / assigned system.

5.Provide feedback / insights from customers into product improvements or process enhancements.

6.Sales / telemarketing skills: ability to persuade, negotiate, close sales

7.Basic computer skills: using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word)

8.Customer orientation, active listening, patience
