Job Title: Senior Executive - HR / Assistant Manager

HR Employment Type: Full-time

Work Location: Punjabi Bagh West, New Delhi

Relevant Experience: 4-6 years of progressive experience in recruitment and broader HR operations

Qualifications: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Diploma (PGDM) specialization in Human Resources / Industrial Relations / or a related field.

Objective: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior Executive - HR or Assistant Manager - HR. The ideal candidate will possess strong recruitment skills and be adept at managing various HR operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Sourcing: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates through diverse channels such as job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, work India, Glassdoor etc.), professional networking platforms (LinkedIn), and employee referrals.
  • Onboarding & Joining Formalities: Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including completing joining formalities and conducting induction training.
  • HR Operations: Oversee and manage daily HR operations, including leave management, time management, payroll administration, and employee grievances.
  • Separation Formalities & Full and Final Settlement: Handle all aspects of employee separation, including exit interviews, documentation, and processing full and final settlements.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements, including Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI).
  • Administrative Support: Manage HR-related documentation, record-keeping, and general filing work.
  • Event Management: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, employee engagement activities, and other HR initiatives.

Minimum Required Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
  • Experience with major job portals and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn).
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva for HR-related communications.
