Job Overview:

We are seeking a
UX/UI Business Analyst
with 4-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will combine your expertise in business analysis and UX/UI design to bridge the gap between business needs and design solutions. You will mentor junior designers, lead design discussions, and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams. Your ability to analyze business requirements, design user-centered digital experiences, and effectively communicate across teams will be crucial in driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
  Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Process Mapping & Optimization:
  Analyze and map out business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and providing actionable recommendations to improve operations.
• Data-Driven Insights:
  Analyze business data to provide insights that support decision-making and help shape project priorities.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, product managers, and technical teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and progress on project goals.

UX/UI Design:

• User-Centered Design:
  Design intuitive, visually appealing, and functional interfaces for digital products (web apps, mobile apps, etc.) that meet both user and business needs.
• Wireframing & Prototyping:
  Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to clearly visualize design concepts and user flows.
• User Testing & Iteration:
  Conduct user testing, collect feedback, and continuously refine design concepts based on insights and feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Visual Design:
  Develop high-fidelity mockups that are aligned with brand guidelines and provide a seamless, engaging user experience across all platforms.

Leadership & Mentoring:

• Mentorship:
  Guide and mentor junior designers to enhance their design skills, foster a growth mindset, and encourage creativity within the design team.
• Decision-Making:
  Take responsibility for key team decisions and ensure that design choices align with business goals and user needs.
• Collaboration Across Teams:
  Engage with multiple teams to provide solutions for cross-team challenges, ensuring that project goals are achieved.
• Facilitate Communication:
  Act as a bridge between team members and stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.

Agile Methodology & Project Management:

• Agile Team Participation:
  Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, to ensure smooth project delivery and continuous improvement.
• Project Management Tools:
  Proficiently use Agile project management tools like
  Jira
  to track progress, manage backlogs, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Meeting Facilitation:
  Facilitate meetings and discussions effectively to gather feedback, resolve issues, and drive decisions that move the project forward.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  (Certifications in business analysis, UX design, or Agile methodologies are a plus.)

Experience:

• 4-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on requirements gathering, process optimization, and problem-solving.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing your work across digital platforms.
• Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), and user testing.
• Hands-on experience leading and mentoring junior designers, with a proven ability to guide design decisions and foster collaboration.

Skills & Competencies:

  Strong communication skills to effectively engage with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
• Analytical Thinking:
  Strong analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into actionable design solutions.

  Proactive in identifying design and business challenges and providing solutions across teams.
• Attention to Detail:
  A keen eye for detail in both design work and business analysis to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Technical Skills (Additional Plus):

• Familiarity with
  HTML/CSS
  or other front-end technologies is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in design tools such as
  Figma

  Adobe Creative Suite

  , or similar tools.
• Experience using Agile project management tools like
  Jira
  to track progress, manage sprints, and prioritize backlogs.
