Key responsibilities

  • Design and concept development: Conceptualize and create visual concepts for various applications, including websites, advertisements, brochures, social media, and product packaging.
  • Software proficiency: Use design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create and produce visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
  • Client and team collaboration: Meet with clients or internal teams to understand project requirements, discuss ideas, and receive feedback.
  • Brand consistency: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, including logos and visual identities, to ensure consistency across all materials.
  • Production and preparation: Prepare final files for both digital and print use, liaising with suppliers as needed, and ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Project management: Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Staying current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and advancements in software.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Proven experience in graphic design
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills
  • Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • An eye for detail and an understanding of layout, color, and typography
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Creativity and a strong ability to translate ideas into visuals
  • Understanding of brand identity and marketing principles

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
