: Defining the roleAlign with the company's priorities, and in accordance with the prevailing quality (QS9000) and environmental (ISO14001) rules, ensuring the receipt of raw materials, supplies, semi-finished and finished products from external suppliers and disposal of goods to internal and external customers on a continual basis.
- Manage raw material stocks and replenishments.
- Receive in raw materials, supplies, semi-finished and finished products, both physically and into the ERP system.
- Disposition goods to the correct stock of internal and external customers.
- Unload and load large consignments.
- Manage any goods-in disputes with regard to purchases from suppliers.
- Inform, communicate and alert correct colleagues in all cases of non-compliance or incident.
- Manage commodity replenishments.
- Track and clarify disputes with suppliers.
- Ensure the preparation of outsourced shipments, sales, and miscellaneous.
- Participate actively with colleagues in cross-functional working groups.
- Transport regulations, specifications and internal operating procedures.
- Security, ESD, and the Environment.
- English (written).
- MS Office (Excel / Word) and computer tools (Infor LN / Baan etc...).
- Current valid license to use Fork-lift & manual-handling equipment (CACES).
- Respect safety rules when handling material with a forklift and/or handling chemicals materials.
- Reactive to problems.
- Rigorous in organizing and tracking stock.
- Team spirit.
- Communicating with a variety of stakeholders.
- Organize and implement your work plan.
- As a key environmental operator (ISO14001), act and communicate with officials and any authorities in place in the event of an incident.
