Role Description

Public Relations Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5+years

* Candidates should be preffered who have experience in auto sectors

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Public Relations Manager to lead PR initiatives for a high-profile client in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating compelling communication strategies, managing media relations, and driving impactful campaigns, while also bringing creativity and adaptability to engage diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute integrated PR strategies that align with client objectives and enhance brand visibility.


• Manage media relations, cultivate strong relationships with journalists, and proactively secure relevant coverage.


• Craft engaging press releases, media kits, thought leadership articles, and other PR content.


• Coordinate press events, product launches, and media briefings to generate buzz and media attention.


• Monitor media trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.


• Oversee crisis communication plans and respond promptly to potential PR challenges.


• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics.

Requirements


• 5+years of experience in public relations, preferably managing clients in automotive, manufacturing, or consumer brands.


• Proven track record in media relations and campaign execution.


• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.


• Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented approach.

Nice to Have


• Experience working with automotive or mobility sector clients.


• Knowledge of digital PR tools and influencer engagement strategies.
