Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visuals for digital and print platforms. You should be able to understand client requirements, translate ideas into designs, and maintain brand consistency across all creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging graphics for social media posts, ads, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop brand identities, including logos, color palettes, and design systems.
  • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing campaigns.
  • Prepare design drafts and present ideas to clients or internal teams.
  • Ensure all creatives are consistent with brand guidelines and optimized for different formats.
  • Edit and retouch images, create illustrations, and manage design assets.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools like Canva and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to design for multiple formats (social media, web, print).
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion graphics, short videos, or animations.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design basics.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and campaign objectives.
