Role & responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions covering inbound, outbound, inventory, and packaging processes
  • Lead requirement gathering, functional design, testing, and documentation
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions
  • Ensure smooth integration with SAP PP, QM, IM, WM, and non-SAP systems
  • Collaborate with Scrum teams and manage inter-team dependencies in Agile environments
  • Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation hypercare activities
  • Work with Data, Change Management, and Infrastructure teams on enabling activities

Preferred candidate profile

  • 10+ years of overall SAP Functional experience
  • 23+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience
  • 1+ full lifecycle SAP EWM implementation
  • 2+ full lifecycle implementations in Inventory Management / Warehouse Management
  • Strong experience in Inbound & Outbound EWM processes
  • Experience with Packaging Specifications
  • Strong EWMPP and EWMQM integration experience
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain, Warehousing, Distribution, and Transportation

Methodologies & Soft Skills

  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to handle complex, multi-system, high-visibility projects
  • Proven capability in business analysis and requirement definition

Certification (Preferred)

  • SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Certification
  • Agile / Scrum certification – Nice to have
