Overview: As an SEO Specialist and Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. You will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies, conducting in-depth keyword research, analyzing website performance, and creating high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our SEO objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords for content optimization.
  • Analyze website performance using SEO and web analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop content that enhances the overall user experience and drives organic traffic.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, such as organic traffic, conversion rates, and keyword rankings.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and algorithm changes to ensure continuous optimization efforts.
  • Contribute to the development of link-building strategies to enhance off-page SEO.
  • Provide recommendations for website and content optimization based on SEO analysis and best practices.
  • Participate in content planning and scheduling to ensure consistent and impactful SEO-focused content creation.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in SEO, content writing, and analysis.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in creating and optimizing content for digital platforms.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret SEO performance data to make actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, HTML, and basic web development concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive and adaptable with a strong desire to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
