We are looking for an experienced Staff Software Development Engineer to join our Frontend, Engineering team. Reporting to the Manager, Software Development Engineering, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, resilient user interfaces using ReactJS
- Working with UX teams to convert designs into accessible, reusable components using the design system
- Partnering with the backend team to develop RESTful APIs
- Offering technical support and guidance to team members to tackle complex issues
- Reviewing code and managing frontend testing to ensure best practices
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Over 5 years of experience in frontend development, including 4+ years building ReactJS applications with React Redux for complex state management
- Extensive experience in ReactJS development using Typescript and ES6+, with all production applications built in Typescript
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, semantic design, performance optimization, and accessibility standards
- Skilled in creating advanced, high-performance dashboards with visualization
- Experienced in writing reliable tests for complex applications to ensure quality
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with backend development concepts, particularly using , is a plus
- Familiar with AWS services for hosting and optimizing frontend applications
- Skilled in GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Docker for automated testing, builds, and deployments
