The Opportunity

As a Senior MARV Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and researching solutions for Veeva Vault Medical (MARV) based on the requirements provided by Medical Affairs. You should proactively work with BA, QA, and business to get clarification or details on requirements. You will provide support and collaborate with the support team and train other engineers on the system. You should have excellent communication skills and strong experience in SDLC. 

Responsibilities

• Understand how all Medical Affairs team functions
• Solution and Deliver configurations based on the sprint and contribute to the development and enhancement of veeva vault solutions together with other engineers
• Create and maintain clear and concise documentation
• Collaborate with platform owner, platform manager, business analyst, quality assurance engineer, and stakeholders to ensure business goals are met
• Train other engineers
• Thrive in a complex environment and enjoy working autonomously.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering / computer science, systems analysis, product management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-10 yrs of experience in Veeva Vault
• Veeva Vault Certified Admin
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Strong teamwork ethics
• Strong knowledge of SDLC
• Knowledge of Medical Affairs
• Knowledge of working in a multi-org veeva vault platform architecture and its supporting infrastructure components.
• Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information.
• Ability to write and speak in the English language.

Nice to Have:

• Veeva certifications such as Admin, Service Cloud, Advanced Admin, Agentforce, Business Analyst, and Platform App Builder, or demonstrable experience.
