Job description

Candidate will be based at corporate office of reputed Pharma Company as an Accounts Payable Executive and he will be responsible for handling following:-

Candidate will be responsible for providing Financial information required for Organization and performing activities such as TDS, Bank Reconciliation, Salary processing.

Candidate will be responsible for and external Party payments for all Divisions and Calculating TDS for External Parties and ensuring Approval of Sales Promotional Expenses by CEO and processing of Cash through SAP and providing Advance Payments as per requirement and dispatch of Salary and entering and Updating data in SAP and facilitating external Auditing Process and circulating Form 16 to all Division on yearly basis and updating Schedules on a monthly basis which includes printing & stationary, courier, marketing office & staff welfare and ensuring Sales promotional cycle and collecting data related to expenses from Sales Administration department

Candidate will be responsible developing close working relationship with Sales and Administration, Commercial, HR department and maintaining cordial working relationship with vendors.
