Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Observability Engineer located in the Greater Hyderabad Area, with some work from home acceptable. The Senior Observability Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing observability solutions, monitoring system performance, ensuring system reliability and uptime, and identifying and resolving infrastructure and application issues. The engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and automate routine tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in designing and implementing observability solutions such as monitoring, logging, and tracing methodologies
  • Experience with site reliability engineering practices including system performance monitoring and reliability management
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure management tools and automation techniques
  • Skills in identifying and resolving infrastructure issues to ensure uptime
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment with a balance of in-office and remote work
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are a plus
