Export Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Export Marketing Specialist to manage the complete export cyclefrom market research and lead generation to handling export documentation and compliance. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for international trade and a strong drive to take Indian products global.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and engage international buyers.
- Utilize databases like Volza to generate and qualify sales leads.
- Build and nurture business relationships through direct communication (calls/emails).
- Manage all aspects of export documentation with strict compliance to international trade regulations.
- Prepare, analyze, and present sales reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and export strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export marketing, international business development, or related sales.
- Strong working knowledge of export documentation and compliance procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-driven, independent, and detail-oriented professional.
- Prior experience in agri commodities or sustainable products is highly preferred.
Compensation
- Probation (First 3 months): 30,000/month (fixed).
- Post-Probation: 40,000/month (fixed) + performance-based incentives.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
