Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance & repair of photovoltaic manufacturing equipment. Tasks include performing field service operations, coordinating with clients, and providing effective communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and on-site
  • Relevant experience in the photovoltaic or similar high-tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
