Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute scalable link building strategies to support SEO goals.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with paid publishers, bloggers, and content marketing networks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and content writers to create link-worthy content.
  • Track and report on key SEO metrics and link building performance.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices in link acquisition.
  • Maintain a database of publishers and track costs, performance, and outcomes.
  • Ensure all practices are aligned with Google's webmaster guidelines and ethical SEO standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in link building and paid publisher management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, off-page SEO, and domain authority improvement.
  • Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and Outreach platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing and SEO copywriting is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in agency or network-based SEO environments is a plus.
