About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven
Campaign Manager – CPS Delivery
to lead and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for driving performance-based marketing initiatives, managing affiliate partnerships, and ensuring seamless execution and reporting of campaigns aligned with business goals.

You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver measurable results through cost-per-sale (CPS) campaigns and contribute to scaling revenue while ensuring excellent partner relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize affiliate campaigns to achieve revenue targets and cost-efficiency.
  • Work with affiliate partners, networks, and platforms to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance data; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Negotiate deals, commission structures, and promotional strategies with affiliates.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to design compelling offers and campaign assets.
  • Monitor budgets, forecast spend, and ensure campaigns stay within allocated costs.
  • Identify growth opportunities, test new channels, and scale successful campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and partnership agreements.
  • Report campaign progress regularly to internal stakeholders and provide strategic feedback.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in affiliate marketing, CPS, or performance marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CPS, and other digital marketing metrics.
  • Experience working with affiliate networks, tracking tools (e.g. HasOffers, Impact, CJ, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide performance insights.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Passion for digital marketing and e-commerce.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Knowledge of consumer behavior and online shopping trends.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
