We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and intuitive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
  • Create high-quality visuals and interaction designs in line with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
  • Iterate designs based on feedback and testing outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
  • Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, etc.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for user experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
