About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with experience in Accounts Receivable to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client invoicing, international collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Receivable and follow up with foreign clients for payments
  • Analyze timesheets and agreements to prepare and raise invoices
  • Communicate effectively with clients via email and calls
  • Maintain accurate records of billing and collections
  • Support in GST and 26AS reconciliation tasks (good to have)

Requirements

  • B.Com or Semi-qualified professional (CA/CMA – Inter)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Experience in handling international client follow-ups and invoicing
  • Knowledge of GST and 26AS is an added advantage
