Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Thermal Engineer, located in Jabalpur. The Thermal Engineer will be responsible for conducting thermal analyses, designing thermal systems, optimizing heat transfer processes, and ensuring efficient thermal management within energy solutions. Other responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting research and development efforts, and maintaining high standards of design and performance in alignment with sustainability goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Thermal Analysis and Heat Transfer principles
  • Strong skills in Thermal Management and Thermal System Design
  • Experience in Thermal Engineering, including system optimization and performance evaluation
  • Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in engineering processes
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with renewable energy systems and waste heat recovery technology is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
