Talasha has been mandated to hire a
Senior Manager -Sourcing (Blue Collar Workforce)
for India's first ever quick service app that provides instant house helps. This fast growing consumer tech company provides maid services by expert house helps for all home chores in under 10 minutes. This is a leadership role that owns end-to-end of supply responsibility for the company

Responsibilities -

  • Strategic Sourcing Leadership:
    Design and lead the sourcing strategy to build a high-quality, reliable workforce of maids across key urban micro-markets.
  • Channel Development & Optimization:
    Identify, test, and scale various sourcing channels—including field recruitment, job boards, agency partnerships, referral programs, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Funnel Ownership:
    Own the full expert acquisition funnel: outreach, engagement, screening, selection, onboarding, and retention.
  • Team Building & Leadership:
    Hire, train, and manage a distributed field sourcing team. Set performance KPIs, establish clear processes, and drive execution excellence across markets.
  • Data-Driven Optimization:
    Track and analyze key sourcing metrics including cost per hire, funnel conversion rates, sourcing channel performance, and hiring velocity.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
    Ensure all hiring practices follow regulatory and company compliance standards. Maintain robust documentation and verification protocols

Good to Have -

  • 5–8 years of experience in blue-collar workforce recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of sourcing channels for maids/domestic workforce
  • Proven experience scaling sourcing operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Fluency in Kannada
