Role Overview: As a Business Analyst (Data Analyst) with expertise in SQL, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data and processes within the energy sector. Your primary objective will be to enhance efficiency and aid in making strategic decisions for the company. Joining a team focused on optimizing global organizational processes, you will need to demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders at Puma Energy to drive comprehensive business transformation initiatives. - Contribute to streamlining processes in Terminal Operations, Inventory, Sales, Safety, Finance, HR, and Customer Management by understanding operational requirements and objectives. - Develop and monitor quality metrics, identify and resolve operational challenges, and ensure accurate data retrieval across critical systems such as Navision, Sphera, Salesforce, and TMS. - Prepare documentation, user manuals, and meeting materials, providing support as needed to achieve business goals. - Identify opportunities for digital transformation and enhancing operational efficiency. - Utilize tools like Databricks and experience in comprehensive data analysis for effective performance in the role. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience as a Business/Data Analyst. - Strong proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Qlikview, and Power BI. - Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. - Deep understanding of end-to-end data BI processes. - Domain expertise in areas such as Finance, Retail, Sales, and Operations will be beneficial for the role.,
