Overview:

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly proactive Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, storytelling, and online consumer behavior, with a strong ability to convert engagement into measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
  • Create high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, graphics, and short-form videos.
  • Manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Plan and run paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and strategic partners.
  • Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure brand consistency, voice, and guidelines across all content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and creative thinking abilities.
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with video editing and short-form content creation.
  • Experience running paid ads on Meta, LinkedIn, or Google.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
