What You'll Do

Pre-Production — Build the Narrative

  • Research deeply into guest journeys, philosophies, and inflexion points.
  • Create detailed guest briefs, episode arcs, and talking points that give each conversation emotional depth.
  • Collaborate with the host to align on story direction, tone, and pacing.
  • Distil long recordings into structured storylines, emotional highlights, and segment summaries.
  • Write episode descriptions, hooks, and quotes for Spotify, YouTube, and social platforms.
  • Identify and frame the core message of each conversation— what should linger when the episode ends.
  • Work with the video editor and social team to ensure storytelling rhythm and narrative clarity.
  • Craft SEO-optimised titles, summaries, and metadata for YouTube, Spotify, and LinkedIn.
  • Write thoughtful, platform-specific copy for Instagram, X, YouTube Shorts, and newsletters.
  • Maintain a tone library, ensuring every word across platforms feels distinctly Zero Protocol.
  • Use analytics (CTR, retention, keyword data) to refine writing patterns and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with design, social, and production teams to unify visuals and voice.
  • Build narrative systems that make every conversation reusable across multiple content formats.
  • Contribute ideas for brand campaigns, trailers, and thematic series.
  • A writer who thinks like a documentarian, curious, precise, and emotionally aware.
  • 1–3 years of experience in storytelling, copywriting, or research.
  • Strong command of English; Telugu proficiency is a plus.
  • Comfortable exploring themes across business, psychology, culture, technology, and philosophy.
  • You can turn complexity into clarity, and clarity into something people want to share.
