Role Overview
As our Senior AI Developer, you will design, optimize, and scale AI-driven functionalities that make AFM smarter, faster, and more intuitive. Youll collaborate with senior engineers and product leaders to integrate advanced AI solutions across dispatching, accounting, safety, and reporting modules, helping our customers operate more efficiently than ever.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance AI/ML solutions integrated with our existing .NET-based TMS.
- Expand on current AI initiatives to deliver predictive, context-aware system intelligence.
- Design scalable APIs and services for real-time automation and analytics.
- Apply NLP, machine learning, and LLM-based approaches to improve workflows and decision-making.
- Research and implement emerging AI technologies to keep AFM ahead of the curve.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML applications.
- Strong experience with Python and .NET (C#) integration.
- Expertise in NLP, predictive analytics, and LLM-based automation.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI, OpenAI API, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with logistics or TMS systems is an asset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience developing AI assistants or workflow automation features.
- Exposure to document parsing (OCR/NLP) or RPA technologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS and API-driven architecture.
