Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential students/parents and explain the educational programs offered.

Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.

Maintain records of leads, follow-up status, and conversion details.

Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Work closely with the counselling/admissions team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

Experience in Telecalling / Academic Counselling preferred.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Ability to handle calls confidently and build rapport.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM usage, etc.).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
