We're looking for a freelance social media specialist who can take charge of distributing our content and organically generating engagement and business orders.

Role Overview

This is a freelance role focused on content distribution and business generation across Meta, Instagram, and TikTok. You'll repurpose and post brand content, engage with relevant communities, and come up with creative, organic strategies to increase brand visibility and drive interest in Arthyaa's collections.

Unlike a typical "posting only" role, this requires actively seeking out conversations, joining communities, and building connections that convert into potential orders.

Key Responsibilities


• Content Distribution


• Repost and adapt brand content for Meta groups, Instagram, and TikTok.


• Community Engagement


• Participate in relevant Meta/Facebook groups (luxury fashion, sustainability, fragrances, lifestyle).


• Comment, DM, and engage with potential customers across Instagram & TikTok.


• Spark conversations that keep Arthyaa top-of-mind.


• Strategy & Experimentation


• Propose and test new ways to distribute content organically.


• Leverage trending formats (Reels, Stories, TikTok sounds) to expand reach.


• Share insights and recommendations based on what works.


• Business Generation


• Identify potential customers through organic engagement.


• Funnel interest toward Arthyaa's website and product pages to drive orders.

• Proven experience managing social media for fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands.


• Strong understanding of Meta groups, Instagram engagement, and TikTok trends.


• Ability to think creatively and independently about content distribution.


• Comfortable with organic growth tactics (not just paid ads).


• Passion for fashion, sustainability, and luxury storytelling.
