What you'll do

• Take charge of the Public Cloud Product Manager role for Asset Management applications, driving initiatives within an empowered product team.
• Collaborate with other Product Managers to enrich customer value in the Asset Management subarea.
• Understand market and customer requirements, translating them into clear business deliverables and strategic needs.
• Develop, document, and validate customer-driven concepts and requirements for key asset management topics.
• Apply the HPOM paradigm to demonstrate leadership and strategic excellence.

What you bring

• Experience: Proven experience in product management or project management, with a development background being advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Language: English fluency is essential; proficiency in German is beneficial.
• Teamwork: Experience working in international team environments is desirable.
• Domain Knowledge: Expertise in Enterprise Asset Management/ Plant Maintenance, with a strong understanding of lifecycle management and optimization strategies.
• Mindset: Innovative and proactive approach with structured thinking, and a strong public cloud mindset.
