Job Description

Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve key objectives:

  • Oversee the Recruiting, Expediting, Video Inspection, and Quality Control (QC) queues of the Inspection team, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
  • Track team performance metrics, using data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, enhance inspection quality, and reduce turnaround times.
  • Assign inspection tasks and prioritize work based on workload and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to resolve issues or challenges during the inspection process.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to ensure smooth workflow in the inspection department.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and act as the communication link between staff members and customers as needed.
  • Address and resolve inspection-related issues or escalations promptly.
  • Monitor daily production reports to ensure the team meets both production and quality targets.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results within set timeframes.
  • Analyze datasets to extract meaningful insights and make informed decisions.
  • Perform staffing data analysis to ensure adequate staffing levels to handle expected volumes.
  • Take on additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management within a related field.
  • Strong managerial, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance with SOPs.
  • Open to continuous learning and professional development.
