Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance including timely filing of returns.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor/client accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
  • Prepare and process payroll entries and reimbursements in coordination with HR.
  • Monitor cash flows, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for audits and financial reviews.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports for management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Proven work experience of 4-5 years in accounting or finance.
  • Hands-on experience in Zoho Books is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC).
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
