We are a fast-growing packaging solutions company specializing in premium gable-top cartons for water, beverages, dairy, liquid soaps, and private-label brands. Our design language is modern, clean, and brand-centric, and we are expanding our creative team to support multiple B2B and B2C brand initiatives.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can transform ideas into compelling visuals, brand stories, and marketing content. The ideal candidate should be strong in branding, social media design, packaging layouts, and short-form video editing, with a solid understanding of contemporary design trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative assets for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and product presentations.
  • Create and edit short-form videos, product reels, brand films, and promotional content.
  • Design packaging layouts, brochure assets, trade show panels, and pitch decks.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize campaign visuals.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
  • Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, ideation, and creative direction.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong sense of typography, composition, layout, and colour theory.
  • Experience with product visualization, mockups, and reel-style editing.
  • Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Understanding of brand building and visual communication principles.
  • Experience with packaging design is an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if portfolio is strong).
  • 1–4 years of professional experience in design and video editing.
