Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Career Advisors (Sales Executives) who can connect with recent graduates and job seekers, understand their career goals, and guide them to enroll in our full-time career acceleration program.

You will act as a trusted advisor and sales representative, convincing candidates how our program can boost their skills, confidence, and job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to fresh graduates and job seekers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels

Understand candidates' backgrounds, career goals, and current challenges

Explain the benefits of our full-time career programs and how we help candidates secure a job

Handle objections and answer queries to build trust and confidence

Convince and convert interested candidates into enrolled participants

Maintain follow-ups and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Meet weekly/monthly targets for outreach and conversions

Update CRM and reporting systems regularly

Who Can Apply:

0.6 month up to 2 years of experience

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Comfortable with phone-based conversations and outreach

Sales or counseling experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Highly motivated, target-driven, and confident

Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
